With the self-assessment benchmark, you can measure how much of the potential of intranet/digital workplace you exploit. We give you an overall score and compare your score in 25-26 categories with the average and the best in each category. We can compare you with the best in each category in your industry or similar organizations if we have at least four other. See the list of industries and organizations below. We offer qualified sparring based on the benchmark results through our partners or on Skype. It can be a follow-up expert assessment.
About the benchmark
We have surveyed intranets since 2000. We have benchmarked intranets since 2005 and have benchmarked a widely selection of private and public organizations. We also have surveyed SharePoint. In 2016, we accumulated all the knowledge in one intranet/digital workplace survey/benchmark because we saw a need for a global survey on intranets/digital workplaces.

We only share your results and individual answers with you.
We recommend that the whole team for the intranet or the digital workplace fill the benchmark together and take the opportunity to reflect about the questions. But you can also do it alone. It takes around 45-60 minutes to fill the questionnaire if you know your digital workplace well.

If you fill in the first survey part of the survey/benchmark we will send you the results of the survey for free. At the moment we have over 250 participants in the survey and over 165 of these have benchmarked their intranet/digital workplace.

We used IntraTeam’s benchmark with several hundred questions as our “baseline”, when we upgraded our existing intranet. Each and every question is extremely relevant. Our score was significantly lower than comparable companies – it made a strong impression on top management. Good starting point.
Recently we conducted a follow-up IntraTeam benchmark, which shows that we have made a quantum leap forward since the baseline measurement with the establishment of the entire digital workplace (Office365, SharePoint Cloud, Skype for Business, OneDrive, Yammer). We will use this benchmark as a ‘lever’ in the coming phases of development with a new business case and budget negotiations with management to further consolidate PANDORA Global Digital Workspace as a business-supporting digital platform.
We found it to be a very useful exercise and made us think about what we should be planning with our digital workplace.
