Theme meeting: Operationalising Knowledge for AI Agents
Generative AI and agentic AI are changing the role of Knowledge Management in Microsoft 365. Knowledge is no longer something people just search and read; it is something Copilot and AI agents act on. This session explores how Knowledge Management becomes a critical foundation for reliable, scalable and safe AI when knowledge is structured, scoped and operationalised for agent scenarios.
This session will explore:
- How Copilot and AI agents turn SharePoint and Teams content into actionable guidance, decisions and automation, making KM a prerequisite and everybody’s responsibility rather than a supporting discipline.
- Unclear scopes, inconsistent structure, outdated content, and missing ownership surface immediately upon agent deployment.
- Practical examples of connecting KM efforts to concrete M365 agent use cases such as policy guidance, IT/HR support, onboarding and expert assistance.
