Theme: The ROI of AI and Copilot
A representative from Umicore, a global materials technology and recycling group with a circular business model, will present the company’s efforts to determine whether Copilot was worth the investment. In April, Umicore conducted an evaluation to understand exactly what value—especially financial—the tool provided.
The session will include insights into what went into the evaluation and what the results were.
