Collaboration in Microsoft 365, What’s in it for me?

About the meeting
Why should we change how we work in Microsoft 365? We’re all so busy that is it really worth moving to Teams channels, or attempting to change how we run meetings?
Yes. Yes it is. It’s about finding the ‘what’s in it for me’ and making simple, but intentional steps. In this interactive session, we’ll explore:
- What our research shows people want to do in Microsoft 365 for a better employee experience
- How to start moving to asynchronous work without anyone realising
- Why channels are effective, how to make the move
- How to build consistency rather than adding more tools (hello Loop)
The presentation will be held by Andrew Pope from Designing Collaboration and Designing AI Heroes. Furthermore, we will share the participants’ knowledge about Microsoft 365.
