The Digital Employee Experience (DEX) has never been more topical than now. The pandemic has challenged many companies and created an even more significant need to work across the organisation and still provide the best digital experience for the employees.
For the 3rd year, Step Two led by James Robertson, is conducting a study on DEX with the following themes:
- work environment
- lived experiences
The DEX-survey is still open for responses and takes around 15 minutes to complete.
